Comfort Keepers Offices Awarded Accreditation Status by Accreditation Canada
Six Comfort Keepers offices across Canada have recently qualified for the Primer level of Accreditation with Accreditation Canada. Achieving this accreditation status clearly demonstrates that Comfort Keepers is committed to offering safe, high quality services to its clients.
Accreditation is an intensive process in which an organization’s processes, policies, and procedures are examined by industry experts against a set of quality standards. To achieve this award, Comfort Keepers offices met or exceeded the rigorous primer standards, for Home Care companies, as defined by Accreditation Canada. Some of the standards that the Accreditation Primer Award are based upon are Client Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, Employee Safety, and Healthy Work/Life Balance among others.
