Included are topics such as operations, Interactive Caregiving™, employee recruiting and retention, service delivery/quality, management principles, sales/networking and marketing.
New Franchisee Training
All new franchisees complete a comprehensive seven-day training curriculum at the business support center in Toronto, Ontario. You learn hands-on techniques to help you run your business and have the opportunity to meet members of your support team.
Your Franchise Business Coach
Comfort Keepers has a Franchise Business Coach (FBC), responsible for supporting you. A unique resource in our industry, this experienced individual assists franchisees with everything from business planning to training and sales development. The FBC is the “boots-on-the-ground” resource to the franchisees to help new franchisees launch their businesses and provide ongoing business planning, sharing of best practices and sales support to more mature franchisees.
