Step 2: First Interview
This will be an in-depth conversation with your franchise development representative where you will learn about Comfort Keepers’ ongoing assistance, training programs, marketing programs, franchisee support center, and the field and sales support. You will not be alone! During this discussion we will determine your past experience and skill set suitability.

Step 3: Complete a Confidential Qualification Form
Your information will be held in the strictest of confidence. In order for us to move forward, you must complete this step in our mutual evaluation process.

Step 4: Franchise Disclosure Document and In-Depth Territory Discussion
In our initial phone conversation, you will be generally introduced to the Comfort Keepers opportunity and directed as to where you can find further information. We will also review your strengths to determine a fit.

Step 5: Market Study and Financial Modeling
You will complete a competitive market analysis of your specific market. You will also be provided the tools to do financial modeling to access the profit potential of your new business venture. Now it is time to schedule your visit to our corporate offices!

Step 6: Meet the Team at the Canadian Corporate Office
The Final Interview is your final step in the mutual evaluation process before the decision is made to award you a franchise. This training includes coach led webinars and online training as well as one week at our Franchise Support Center. This dynamic and interactive training class is where you receive comprehensive training on the sales and networking techniques to grow your business, human resource training for successful recruitment and retention, client care instruction, sales, operations, and management of your business and much, much more. After the in-class training you will have weekly business coaching to guide you through the initial months of business.
